Holding Space: Support Group for First Responders & Helping Professionals
6-week group for individuals who spend their lives helping others, who need a safe, non-judgmental space to process their own experiences.
You show up for others every day.
You hold stories, stress, pressure, and responsibility that most people never see.
But where do you go to put it down?
This group is a space for first responders and helping professionals to step out of their role and simply be human.
No expectations. No judgment. No pressure to perform.
In this group, you will:
- Have space to decompress
- Process stress and emotional fatigue
- Connect with others who understand
- Feel supported without needing to “fix” anything
This group is open to adults (18+) in helping roles.
You don’t have to carry it alone.

Moving Forward: Emotional Growth & Social Confidence Group
Designed for individuals who feel emotionally stuck, experience social anxiety, or are wanting to grow but are unsure how to move forward.
Do you ever feel stuck in your thoughts, emotions, or patterns?
You’re not alone—and you don’t have to stay there.
This 5-week group is designed for individuals who want to better understand their emotions, build confidence in social situations, and begin taking steps toward growth.
In this group, you will:
- Learn how to understand and manage emotions
- Build confidence in social interactions
- Practice new ways of thinking and responding
- Connect with others in a supportive space
This group is ideal for individuals experiencing social anxiety or feeling emotionally “stuck.”
You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin.

Building Connections: A LEGO-Based Social Skills Group for Young Adults
This is a 3-week group designed for neurodivergent young adults to build interpersonal skills in a supportive, low-pressure environment
Are social situations overwhelming or exhausting?
You’re not alone and you don’t have to figure it out alone.
This 3-week interactive group is designed for neurodivergent young adults (18+) who want to build confidence, improve communication, and feel more comfortable in relationships.
Using structured LEGO-based activities, participants will engage in hands-on experiences that make learning social skills feel natural, not forced.
In this group, you will:
- Practice communication skills in a low-pressure environment
- Build confidence in social interactions
- Improve understanding of others’ perspectives
- Explore boundaries and relationships
This group is ideal for:
- Autism Spectrum
- ADHD
- Social anxiety
- Individuals who prefer hands-on or visual learning
What makes this group different:

This 5-week support group is designed to provide a safe, compassionate space for individuals navigating grief and loss. Whether your loss is recent or from the past, this group offers connection, understanding, and support.
In this group, you will:
- Explore your grief in a supportive environment
- Connect with others who understand
- Learn ways to cope and process emotions
- Move toward healing at your own pace
This group is open to adults (18+) experiencing any type of loss.
There is no pressure to share, just space to be.

This is more than an event—it’s the beginning of a movement rooted in healing, connection, and community.
At Central Care Foundation, we believe that healing should not be limited by language, income, or access. Our mission is to support immigrant, multicultural, and underserved communities through mental health services, education, and community-based support.
